We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions for our fast growing real estate development company.


  • Handling correspondence via email, mail and phone for development team members
  • Tracking of lease payments
  • Assistance with Accounts payable and Accounts receivable (quickbooks experience not required, but helpful)
  • Filling & Organization
  • Scheduling and calendar management for development team members
  • General office management including purchasing office supplies, vendor management, phone answering.
  • Tracking insurance policies and utility accounts
  • Occasional personal tasks and errands


  • College Degree
  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong computer skills including Gmail and MS Office suite of programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
